Bean Dwarf French Mistik

Add a touch of colour to your veg plot with this unique variety. These Dwarf French Bean plants hold the beans above the foliage, so they’re easier to see and pick and more protected from slugs and disease. Just right for growing in window boxes and pots, these French beans also produce attractive purple flowers.

Growing Information

Sow in pots or trays on a windowsill or in a greenhouse using good quality compost. Cover seeds with 4cm (2") of compost. (Germination 7-21 days). Grow on, planting in containers or outside in the garden, allowing 20cm (8") between plants, and providing protection until frost risk has passed. Alternatively, sow directly into prepared, warm, moist soil at a depth of 5cm (2"), thinning as necessary to 20cm (8") between plants. Allow 60cm between rows. Grows best in a sunny position.
