Looking After Your Beetroot - Boltardy
For early crops sow Beetroot - Boltardy in March-early April. For use in summer and autumn make successional sowings from late April to July. Store roots in dry sand, soil, or peat for winter use. (12-16 weeks maturity.)
Growing Information
Sow beetroot seeds in mid-spring. Sow autumn crops in mid to late summer. Thin seedlings to roughly 10cm apart to grow large roots.
