Growing Information
Sow April-May outdoors. This variety produces a large central head that should be cut and eaten; further smaller shoots follow. (12-16 weeks maturity.)
Sowing Information
Sow between direct into a finely raked seedbed at a depth of 13mm. germination can take 7-12 days. Transplant plants with a trowel or a dibber when large enough to handle allowing 38cm (15") between plants each way. Water to prevent cabbage butterfly attacks. Cut heads before flowers begin to open.
