Faithfull Double Scutch Hammer Fibreglass Shaft

The Faithfull Bricklayer's Double Ended Scutch Hammer specifically designed for dressing bricks and masonry. Fitted with a fibreglass handle which is lightweight, extremely strong and resistant to moisture.
Also available are replaceable one inch scutch combs or chisel bits (droves).

SAFETY TIPS

• Wear safety spectacles, or goggles, when hammering.
• Never use hammers to strike hardened metal.
• Strike squarely and avoid glancing blows.
• Never strike with the side of a hammer.
• Do not use a hammer with a loose or damaged head.
• Remember that left for a long time in very dry conditions, wood can dry out. Always check to ensure that this has not happened to your handle.
• Always use the correct hammer for the job.
